Hey Everyone.

Happy Holidays — if you are a bank and in the UK. It’s Good Friday — meaning an extra day’s holiday. For some. And an extra day of work. Or extra hard work for others.

Who here forgot it was a holiday?

I know I did. Sometimes I am a bad dad. Luckily, for me, all has been forgiven with a quick grandparent sponsored trip to the local shopping mall and a sleepover with a friend. Meanwhile, Dad is videoing an online product about prompt engineering. And releasing the new AI version of the Achieve Linkedin Mastery course. Whilst the world of AI and the future of work gets more and more exciting.

Get ready to be awestruck, inspired, and maybe even a little unsettled — but that’s the thrill of venturing into the unknown, isn’t it? Let’s kick things off with a jaw-dropping revelation: a trio of filmmakers has achieved the unthinkable by creating jaw-dropping AI-generated videos that blur the lines between reality and fiction.

The AI Sora, the creative force behind these visual masterpieces, has pushed the boundaries of what we thought possible, leaving us questioning the very nature of our perception. But it’s worth remembering that — we all don’t have it yet.

What we have are more AI models to choose from.

AI21’s introduction of Jamba, is a brand new groundbreaking language model, promising to revolutionize the way we interact with AI. Jamba is poised to become a game-changer in fields ranging from customer service to content creation. Prepare to be amazed by its uncanny comprehension and seamless communication.

In this realm of new AI and boundary pushing. AI is doing things it wasn’t meant to be able to with Bland.ai and Hume.ai are pushing the boundaries of creativity, offering unique platforms for sales and customer service.

Merging AI with emotional intelligence, Hume AI’s technologies aim to enhance human-computer interactions, paving the way for a future where technology understands us better. Explore Hume AI. It really is scary what this machine can do. See my post on this here.

Whereas xAI’s latest model, Grok-1.5, is going open source and pushing the boundaries in AI reasoning and problem-solving, showcasing remarkable coding and math-solving prowess. Discover Grok-1.5 Imagine having a virtual assistant that can distill vast amounts of data into concise, actionable insights — a true game-changer for professionals and researchers alike. Don’t get me wrong — Claude 3 is the new kid on the block, which has dethroned the mighty GPT-4, taking the top spot in the AI chatbot rankings. Who would have thought? Well apparently Amazon knew — as they have just invested billions into the AI.

But remember…

It’s all horses for courses.

As we discuss in the new prompt engineering course, the AI leaderboards at Artificial Analysis offer a tantalising glimpse into the future, showcasing the latest advancements in language models and their incredible capabilities. And…

“It’s up to us HUMANS to pick the right AI to use.”

We cannot let just one AI rule the future of work, not for so many different types of jobs and for many many reasons. One of them being monopolies are NEVER good for us humans. Which is why it’s a warning that Intel has confirmed that Microsoft’s Copilot will soon run locally on PCs.

Opening up a world of possibilities for seamless AI integration in our daily computing experiences. On the one hand, and perhaps more power to Microsoft on the other. Either way — when everyone is using AI and giving over their data. Get ready to witness a quantum leap in productivity and efficiency. And certain company’s profits..

But amidst all this excitement, a sobering report from The Guardian reminds us of the potential impact AI could have on the job market, with nearly 8 million jobs in the UK at risk. This thought-provoking revelation underscores the importance of adapting and upskilling to stay ahead of the curve.

IS YOUR JOB ONE OF THE 8 MILLION TO GO?

Remember, there are only about 40 million people in the UK working in the knowledge sector. But fear not, for there are tools and resources to help you navigate this ever-changing landscape. And help you keep your job.

Let’s Level Up offers courses on Prompt Engineering. To help you master AI before someone else does and takes your job.

Whereas their Achieve LinkedIn Mastery course can help you land a new job and use the platform to create more opportunities for your career. Empowering you to harness the power of AI and elevate your professional game.

As unlike some of the newest AI — humans aren’t great at predicting the future. A mind-blowing AI forecaster has been developed, capable of predicting the future with uncanny accuracy, surpassing even human capabilities. This groundbreaking technology raises intriguing questions about the role of AI in shaping our understanding of the world and our decision-making processes.

What I know about the future. As a futurist and keynote speaker on the future of tech is that the world as we know it is undergoing a profound transformation, and AI is at the forefront of this seismic shift.

Embrace the change, adapt, and thrive in this brave new world. The future belongs to those who dare to dream, innovate, and embrace the limitless potential of artificial intelligence.
